The reservation requests sent by www.Letohotels.it are managed directly by the destination hotel. In this way, when your booking will be confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation message by e-mail, with your booking number, generated by the system. Consequently, the reservation request is acquired and registered by the hotel.
No cost charged before the arrival at the hotel:
Even if at the booking time is requested a valid credit card, this is only used as a warranty, following the booking conditions of every specific hotel. No cost will be charged and the payment will be made by the client directly at the hotel. The only exceptions are in case of late cancellation or no presentation, when a cost will be charged, following the specific hotel policy.
Responsability conditions:
The selling process is made directly between the client and the hotel.
Consequently, no responsibility is due to Letohotels in case of no respect or bad respect of the conditions by the hotel.
Any complain must be sent directly to the hotel.
